What happens if I exceed my generation limit?
You'll need to wait until your monthly limit resets or upgrade to a higher plan for more generations. Your limit resets on the same day each month based on your subscription date.
How does BagPortrait work?
Simply upload a photo of yourself and a bag image. Select a prompt and let our AI combine them naturally in seconds, showing you exactly how the bag would look on you.
Do you store my uploaded photos?
No, we never store your photos. Your images are processed in memory and immediately deleted after generation. We are committed to 100% privacy.
Can I use this on my phone?
Absolutely! BagPortrait works perfectly on any device with a web browser. No app download needed - it's a Progressive Web App.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
Do unused generations roll over?
No, unused generations don't roll over to the next month. Each month you receive a fresh allocation based on your plan.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes! Images generated by the service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to our Terms of Service and any applicable third-party rights. Note that generated images include a digital watermark (SynthID) as required by Google.
What devices are supported?
BagPortrait works on any modern device with a web browser - iPhone, Android, iPad, laptop, or desktop. No installation required.
What's the difference between plans?

How many images can I generate?
It depends on your plan. Free trial includes 5 generations, Trendy plan offers 40/month, Iconic plan provides 100/month, and Luxurious gives you 300/month.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This will cancel any active subscriptions, remove your data from our database, and delete your authentication identity. Under GDPR, you have the right to erasure and we comply fully. Contact support@bagportrait.com if you need help.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to use BagPortrait. You must also confirm that you have the right to use any images you upload. These requirements are part of our Terms of Service and consent flow.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Refunds are available for technical issues that prevented you from using the service, billing errors, duplicate charges, and charges made after cancellation. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. We generally do not offer refunds for partial month usage or change of mind. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How long does it take to generate an image?
Most images are generated in 10-20 seconds. Iconic and Luxurious plans include priority processing, which gives you faster results when concurrent requests are being made.
What personal data do you collect?
We collect only the minimum data needed: your email address, usage counts, subscription status, and consent timestamps. We do NOT collect or store your uploaded photos, generated images, prompts, biometric data, or location data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What quality are the generated images?
All plans generate images at 1024px resolution using Google Gemini AI. Higher resolution options are planned for a future update.
How does auto-renewal work?
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile settings or the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your profile page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through our secure Stripe payment system.
